This listing is for Hospital Grade Breast Pump from MEDELA. This pump has yellow piston (as seen on the picture) to which you attach plastic tubing (hoses) and on the other end you have breastshields for collecting milk (tubing and breastshields are not part of the listing). You get only this what is on the pictures. It's very robust machine and you can express milk from one or two breasts (whatever you need, instruction is on the cover). Great investment if you want to use it for more than 6 months.
