I bought this brand new and only used it for about 6 weeks. My baby was tongue tied so used it until he had his snip. He wouldn't take to bottles so I just fed him myself and didn't need to express. Instructions, box and original wire included. I've tried numerous pumps over the years and I have to say this was by far the best and most decreat and convenient.

I wish I could of used it more.
