We got this when I was struggling to feed our baby boy and needed top ups and was determined to use breast milk for them as much as possible. It's the same pump our hospital uses so felt confident in it as a brand and I have to say it's been good! I have included the bra I bought which just means you can go hands free, you don't need to have it but was handy and is clean. It does up at the front but has adjuster clips so can size it to you - was cheap on Amazon if you wanted to just get your own.
