Over all in good / very good used condition has one very small crack in the plastic covering the display, can be seen in photos. Used it for my twins (as it was the same model i was given in hospital). Have included the diaphragms, but none of the tubing /collection kit, for obvious reasons. Can send you a video of it working (ie the diaphragms going up and down) on request. Supplied with a/c power cord. No physical instructions but can send a pdf.
